Our Group Coaching for Leadership Development Program offers Practical Leadership Development in a group setting which builds confidence and awareness to elevate leadership and grow capacity.
Deliverables:
- Once a month group coaching to teach, unpack, and discuss practical application for critical concepts on the Leaders' Journey (see menu of topics below). Content is delivered in an interactive way that invites engagement and encompasses coaching questions to challenge thinking.
- Group coaching and content is delivered live by a Trevero coach
- Monthly Cycle: 90 minutes group coaching each month
- All group coaching starts with establishing a shared mission, trust-builders, and trust-takers. Participants will define a personal purpose statement and mission during their time in the program.
- After this, you choose which additional topics you’d like us to cover!
- The concept of ESRC is built in for group accountability to take action on what they learn
- Package also includes access to our digital library of content for our proprietary Catalyst Leadership Development Program. These videos can be used for supplementary content and certain modules will be prescribed to all participants.
